Unmold the fondant, break a square and melt it in an electric perfume burner or tea light candle.

Top notes: ginger, lemon zest, spun sugar, biscuit
Middle notes: cinnamon, brown sugar, molasses, almond
Base notes: powdered nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla
